This is an 11x17 in wall calendar that I’ve designed to help guide you through the year and become better connected with your heart, mind, and body. I love keeping track of my days, but I always felt I wasn’t truly ever keeping track of myself and emotions, which is why I created this calendar. Each month comes with its own illustration paired with excerpts that I have written myself to help you choose what to focus on for that month and some simple tasks.Â
I have put my heart into every part of this calendar and I hope you find joy and comfort in it!
